Private classes, at your location.
A hospital unit, a school district, a warehouse floor, a church hall, or a living room full of soon-to-be grandparents — if your date is open on the calendar, we can bring the class to you. Up to 12 attendees, any of the five certifications.
Heartsaver First Aid + CPR/AED, BLS, ACLS, NRP® or Intermediate Fetal Monitoring — or a mixed group where half your staff need BLS and half need Heartsaver.
The same cap as our public classes, so everyone still gets hands on the equipment and time with the instructor.
Weekends, evenings, night-shift start times, in-service days. Greyed-out dates on the calendar are days off and stay off.
How private pricing works
Private classes are priced per seat, based on the class, the group size and travel. Submit the request below with your details and I'll reply with a total before anything is booked — nothing is charged until you approve the quote, and nothing on this page commits you to a date.
What to have ready
- The class (or classes) your group needs.
- How many people are attending — the hard ceiling is 12.
- One or two dates that work for your team.
- The address we're coming to, and where we can park and unload equipment.
- Whether you need power nearby for the AED trainers (a standard outlet is all it takes).
What we bring
- Manikins, AED trainers, bag-mask devices and supplies for every attendee group.
- Provider e-cards submitted through the certifying body — AHA, AAP or AWHONN.
- Skills sheets, sign-off and your roster for compliance records.
- Everything but the room. If you're short on space, ask — we may be able to host your group here instead.
Tell me about your group
One form, no account. I answer private-class requests personally, usually the same day.
Booking a class for your own family instead?
You don't need a company to book privately — a handful of couples, or a baby shower group, works exactly the same way. Same form, same response time.
